Answer a detailed online questionnaire about your health history, current medications, allergies, and goals. No clinical decision is made at this stage.
Live Video Consultation
Meet a New York-licensed physician over a real-time, HIPAA-compliant video visit. The physician reviews your assessment, verifies your identity, and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate.
Prescription & Delivery
If approved, payment is collected and your prescription is sent to Olympia Pharmaceuticals, a DEA-registered 503B-certified compounding pharmacy. Your medication ships directly to your door in New York.
Ongoing Care
Stay connected with your care team through secure email and follow-up video visits. Your physician remains available throughout your treatment.

Where do the medications come from?: Compounded medications are prepared by Olympia Pharmaceuticals, a DEA-registered, 503B-certified compounding pharmacy that meets USP <795> and <797> standards. Non-compounded medications are sourced from licensed US manufacturers. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products. All prescriptions require a completed live video consultation with a licensed physician.
Who prescribes my medications?: All prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of independent physicians licensed in New York State. Teddy Meds is a telehealth technology platform and does not practice medicine. Your physician makes all clinical decisions during a live video consultation.
Is a prescription guaranteed?: No. Treatment is never guaranteed. A licensed New York physician must independently evaluate your health assessment and complete a live video consultation before deciding whether a prescription is clinically appropriate.
When am I charged?: Payment is collected only after a licensed physician has reviewed your health assessment, completed the live video consultation, and determined that treatment is clinically appropriate. You are not charged for the assessment or the video visit if no prescription is issued.
Which states do you serve?: Teddy Meds currently offers services exclusively to residents of the State of New York. We do not provide services in any other state at this time.
How is my health information protected?: All health data is handled in strict compliance with HIPAA. We use encrypted transmission and storage, maintain Business Associate Agreements with all third-party service providers who access PHI, and never sell your information to third parties.
